Fall is around the corner, and that means it’s time for the Apalachee Farms Fall Community Yard Sale! Dates: Friday & Saturday, September 18–19 Time: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Location: Throughout the Apalachee Farms neighborhoods Our community will be filled with all kinds of treasures waiting to be discovered. Whether you are looking for furniture, home décor, clothing, toys, tools, collectibles, or that unexpected great find, there will be plenty to explore throughout Apalachee Farms. Hosting a sale? Help shoppers find you by placing a balloon on your mailbox or displaying a yard sale sign in your yard or along your street. The Fall Community Yard Sale is a great opportunity to declutter your home, make a little extra cash, meet your neighbors, and enjoy a fun community-wide weekend. Mark your calendars, start gathering the items you would like to sell, and get ready for two days of great finds and great neighbors!

Join your Apalachee Farms neighbors for an evening of fellowship, friendly competition, and great wine! Bring a favorite bottle of red or white wine to enter in our tasting contest. Residents will sample the selections, vote for their favorites, and award prizes to the best-tasting wines. Saturday, September 127:00–10:00 PMApalachee Farms Clubhouse Admission is $5 per person, and light appetizers will be provided. After the contest, guests are welcome to stay for a BYOB after-party. Apalachee residents are invited to join a fun, low-stress entry-level adult pickleball group every Saturday from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at the pickleball courts. Players can reserve a weekly spot through GroupMe and bring up to three guests. To participate, contact Mark Wylie at [email protected].
